This year Leadership Adventures, Inc., in association with Flat Creek Ranch, presents its annual event series: Inspiring Leadership Summit. The events can be scheduled during weeks in the Summer and will feature a week-long strengths-based leadership immersion designed to help you and your team become a more strengths-based inspiring leader through experiential learning – all on one of the most beautiful ranches in the country.  Learn strengths-based leadership principles used by CEOs and senior leaders of top organizations from around the world to inspire their teams to achieve a common vision and unleash the power of strengths. This immersion includes the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment, and leverages low-risk experiential adventures on the ranch including horses and hiking to highlight the power of strengths.  This is a unique and rare opportunity to experience a Leadership Adventures workshop in a rustic-luxury setting on a private ranch in Jackson, Wyoming.
