Leadership Adventures, Inc. provides accelerated experiential learning to our clients to help them improve their leadership skills with greater speed, retention, and upon-return impact.

We do this through a niche venue for leadership development where participants escape their everyday lives and are thrust into an experiential adventure.Our mission centers on developing leaders in a way that helps them to be immediately effective at applying new skills upon return to their work and everyday life. We achieve this by taking participants out of their everyday world and immersing them in a learning adventure.

Using an experiential adventure puts all the training participants on “even ground” — regardless of their current role or level — as they must learn a new role and new leadership skills. This has proven to accelerate the leadership learning process, increase skills retention, and drive upon-return impact.
